My name is Chelsea and this is my weightloss/healthy/fitness blog! I’m on a journey to get back to a healthy weight once and for all. I do not follow a specific  diet, I just eat CLEAN food. I try to stay away from anything processed, refined sugar, or refined carbs.  Lots of fruits, veggies and lean meat!

&lt;p&gt;There is no luck in fitness. If you want it, you have to work for it. &lt;br/&gt; But in the end, it will always be worth it.&lt;/p&gt;

My quads hurt so bad I can honestly not walk down the stairs without my legs wanting to give out. Ahhh FEEL THE BURN! So I&amp;#8217;m skipping the gym today and gonna try some exercises at home instead, concentrating mainly on my upper body. Pushups, planks, tricep dips off the couch, crunches, etc.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Anybody have some favorite upper body exercises that you can do at home?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, I&amp;#8217;m back down to where I was a week ago, at 201.6. I &lt;em&gt;will&lt;/em&gt; surpass 200 this time and not screw it up like I did last week.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup uncooked oats&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1 tblsp low fat milk - any type (full fat, low fat, almond, coconut, etc.)&lt;/li&gt;

I know I just weighed in yesterday at 201.6 but a girl can dream right? Besides, I have been losing about a pound a day for the last week (however the hell that happened), so it wasn&amp;#8217;t a totally delusional idea. Lo and behold, its up 2 pounds :(&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But, I didn&amp;#8217;t eat great yesterday, and I definitely didn&amp;#8217;t drink enough water, so most of it is probably just water weight, and I&amp;#8217;m trying to remind myself of that. Besides, I lost like 5 pounds this week, so I haven no reason to be upset about this.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On a very bright note, I calculated how much I need to lose a week to meet my UGW by next May (which is when I plan on moving).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.4 POUNDS A WEEK. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? THAT IS COMPLETELY DO-ABLE!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;At my current rate, I&amp;#8217;ll be there in 6 months!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;This whole time I&amp;#8217;ve been thinking that only losing a pound or 2 a week is too slow. &lt;em&gt;We&amp;#8217;d all like to be at our UGW in just a few short months. &lt;/em&gt;But today has made me realize that I have far surpassed the necessary weekly loss and I now feel great about it. So today I&amp;#8217;m not going to the gym, &lt;em&gt;because I can&amp;#8217;t move on account of working my ass off the last two days&lt;/em&gt; (btw, my new favorite thing is kettlebell swings), and I plan on just relaxing until I go to work. AND DRINKING AS MUCH WATER AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE, haha.&lt;/p&gt;
